The Quickest Brussels Sprouts Soup Ever

This is not super exciting other than it's one of the easiest things you can throw together after a long day of work or if you can't stand up for very long. I'm not a full time chef. I can't make fresh pasta evert day.

The Quickest Brussels Sprouts Soup Ever

Source: Running to the Kitchen | Serves: | Time: 10 min

Changes: used pre-seasoned sprouts; didn't garnish with bacon

Ingredients

2 10 oz steamer bags of frozen #BrusselsSprouts flavored with some sort of garlic blend

Additional seasoning as desired

1 1/2 cups vegetable broth (homemade to reduce sodium)

1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk (I used coconut milk)

Red pepper flakes, for garnish

EVO, for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Brussels Sprouts according to package instructions, then dump them into a high powdered blender. Add broth and milk. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until completely smooth and creamy. Taste for seasoning and add more salt and/or pepper if desired. Pour into serving bowls and top with desired garnishes. Enjoy!
