Changes: skipped mango powder and cardomom; changed the process to make it quick and easy
Ingredients
1/2 cup plain unsweetened vegan yogurt
1/4 tsp dried garlic
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt, as per taste
1/2 cup broccoli florets, steamed
1/2 cup sliced baby bella #mushrooms, sauteed with oil of choice
1 wrap
Instructions
Mix yogurt with seasonings and lemon juice. Heat wrap with a drizzle of water for 15 seconds in the microwave. Spread the yogurt mix on the wrap. Then add the cooked broccoli and mushrooms. Wrap it up and enjoy!
