Changes
Reduced the amount of celery
Didn't put the salad on bread (had toast at breakfast), so I put it on some kale
Ingredients
1 15 oz can #chickpeas, drained + rinsed
1/2 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 cup #strawberries, chopped
1/2 cup honey crisp #apple, chopped
1/4 cup vegan mayo
1-2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp yellow mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp unsalted roasted sunflower seeds
4 tbsp fresh chopped basil
Instructions
Mix it all together and put it in the fridge until you're ready to enjoy!
