I've been craving meat like crazy lately, and I think it might be because I haven't been having enough leafy greens and broccoli. A side of kale is easy, and I thought a sesame flavor profile would go well with the Manchurian cauliflower.
What I changed: subbed coconut aminos for soy sauce.

Ingredients
1 bunch #kale, de-stemmed and washed (I also gave the leaves a rough chop)
1 tbsp EVO
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Heat EVO in a large pot over medium. Then add garlic and cook for ~1 min.
Add kale and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to make sure the kale leaves are thoroughly covered.
