Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Mushrooms

It can't be all carbs and pumpkin at Thanksgiving! I mean it can, but you'll feel better if you get some greens in you.

Ingredients

1 lb #BrusselsSprouts, washed, trimmed and halved

8 oz sliced #mushrooms

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400° F.


Add the sprouts and mushrooms to a large bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil and season with the garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.


Place the Brussels sprouts and mushrooms on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are tender when pierced with a knife.
