WE HAVE FRESH INGREDIENTS!!!! And we're taking advantage while we can. Here's a simple recipe for roasted broccoli. All I changed, ironically, is swapping in some non-fresh ingredients. I didn't have fresh mint, dill, or lemon on hand. I also used a silicone mat instead of tin foil to line the baking sheet. Keeping it green.

Ingredients
2 heads of #broccoli, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup tahini
1/3 cup warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 large clove of garlic, minced
1 tsp dried mint
1 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped-sauce
1 tsp dried dill
1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F. Cut the broccoli florets down into chunks, leaving the stems long. Add broccoli, olive oil, and 2 hefty pinches of salt to a silicone mat lined baking sheet and toss.
Bake for 30 minutes or until brown and crispy on the bottom.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. Add tahini, warm water, olive oil, garlic, mint, cilantro, dill, and lemon juice to a bowl and whisk. Season with salt to taste. Set aside.
After the broccoli is done roasting, remove it from the oven. Plate the broccoli and drizzle tahini sauce over top. Enjoy!
