Overnight Oats with Avocado, Tomato, & Bananas

Ingredients
1 cup old fashioned #oats
1.5 cups of water
1/2 small red onion, chopped
2 servings of Avocado, Tomato & Banana salad
2 fried eggs, optional
Instructions
Combine oats and water. Refrigerate overnight.
Stir in onions and heat to preference.
Arrange salad on top and enjoy!
