Mediterranean Pizza

Inspiration: Connoisseurus Veg | Serves: 2-4 | Time: 20 min



Changes: A LOT, go to the original if you want a time intensive version


Ingredients

Cooking spray

10 oz garlic hummus (store bought, I didn't use all of it)

15 oz can tomato sauce with 2 tsp of oregano (I didn't use all of it)

1 cup Kalamata #olives, halved

1/2 cup artichoke spread

4 cooked Beyond Meat keftedakia, finely chopped


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 420F. Spray the crusts with some oil. Then spread the hummus evenly on top. Then ladle out the tomato sauce. Then add olives, artichokes, and keftedakia. Put the pizzas in the oven for 9-11 minutes. Remove the pizzas from oven and top with the chopped spinach.
