This isn't rocket science. I had leftovers from the hibiscus flower tacos I made last night and I saved the water I boiled the flowers in. Voila! Hibiscus flower & avocado toast with hibiscus flower water.
How do you make the toast?
Uh. Toast the bread and add the leftover toppings. Duh!
How do you make the hibiscus flower water?
Pour it into a glass and add sweetener. Hibiscus water on its own is extremely tart. I added 1/2 tsp of agave to two cups of water and that was enough for me.
