Ingredients
1/4 cup canola oil (probably don't need this much)
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1 15 oz can no salt added diced #tomatoes, drained
1 15 oz can #HeartsOfPalm, drained, sliced
1 #avocado, pitted, peeled, chopped
2 tbsp thinly sliced red onion
Instructions
In a med-large bowl, whisk together canola oil through pepper. Then add remaining ingredients and combine well. Serve in bowls and enjoy!
