It doesn't get quicker or easier.

Changes: added tapioca flour to thicken it up
Ingredients
2 tbsp EVO
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 can cannellini #beans (15oz), drained
2/3 cup vegetable stock
3-4 tbsp tapioca starch
Small pinch of lemon zest
S&P, to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in pan over medium high, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add beans, stock and lemon zest.
Boil for 2 minutes, and stir tapioca flour into the mizture. Remove from heat and then use a fork or potato masher to mash.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
