It doesn't get much quicker or much easier. Just remember to make it in the morning to there's plenty of chill time.
What I changed:
The hubby doesn't like cucumbers, so I replaced them with zucchini
I don't like regular yogurt, so I replaced it with Greek yogurt
Used dry dill, not fresh
Skipped the radishes, because I don't like 'em

Ingredients
3 cups peeled and chopped #zucchini
1 ripe #avocado, peeled and pitted
1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp dry dill
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp EVO
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Additional pepper, for garnish
Instructions
Blend it all together. Refrigerate until you're ready to eat.
