Made quite a few changes. The original recipe is basically a blah smoothie.

Changes: added broth and coconut milk; skipped cucumber; added my own spices
Ingredients
4 cups veggie broth (homemade to reduce sodium; use 2 cups to make it creamier)
2 cans light coconut milk
4 cups tightly packed #kale, chopped
3 #zucchini, chopped
2 green onion stalks, chopped
1 avocado, peeled and pitted
2 tbsp lime juice
Handful of fresh parsley
Salt, to taste
1-2 tsp berbere seasoning
Sun-dried tomatoes for garnish
Instructions
Ad broth, coconut milk, kale, zucchin and green onion to pot. Bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes.
Allow the soup to cool a bit. Then add to a blender along with avocado, lime juice, and parsely. Blend until smooth. Add seasonings to taste.
Reheat and enjoy!
