Straight from Raw Foods Recipes | Serves: 2 | Time: ~2 min + chill time
Ingredients
Between 1/3 and 1/2 cups raw #peanuts
2 cups water
1 cup broccoli, fresh or frozen (I always go fresh)
1 cup spinach, fresh or frozen (I always go fresh)
A handful of leek, sliced
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 tsp ginger, grated
A handful of basil
Juice 1/8 lemon
S&P
I added a splash of almond milk to make it a little creamier
Pumpkin seeds (garnish)
Grated beets (garnish)
Instructions
Start by blending the peanuts to a fine powder. Add water and blend again. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve and garnish with pumpkin seeds and grated beets.
