I've made something similar before, but definitely different enough to create a new post. It's definitely my first time using hemp seeds, so that's already different enough. This recipe also calls for more interesting toppings as well.
Purple Carrot wanted me to serve these with green beans, but I'm not the biggest fan, so I went with some sauteed #kale I had on hand. You know what sides you like.

Ingredients
Patty Batter (combine all ingredients)
1/4 oz fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
3/4 cup chickpea flour
3 tbsp hemp seeds
4 #carrots, grated
1/2 cup cold water
S&P, to taste
Aioli (mix it together)
3 tbsp vegan mayo
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp lemon juice
Relish (mix it together)
1/4 cup Kalamata #olives
4 oz roasted red #BellPeppers
Instructions
Form the batter into 6 equal sized patties. Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet and use paper towels to remove the excess grease. Serve with aioli and relish.
