Ingredients
1/2 lb #carrots, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
2 eggs
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp panko bread crumbs
1/4 tsp salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Tahini, for serving
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and form mixture into patties. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry patties until golden brown on each side (5-6 minutes per side).
