Brussel Sprout and Beyond Sausage Skewers (GF, V)

It's grilling weather! I was concerned about this one. The ingredients didn't make sense when I read them, and then I made a ton of vegan replacements. But, as almost always, I was worried for no good reason. This was absolutely delicious and so easy to make!

Ingredients
Crema
1/4 cup vegan mayo
1/4 cup vegan sour cream
1 tsp dried thyme
1 pinch cardamom
1 clove garlic, grated
2 tbsp lemon juice
Gochujang Agave
2 tbsp gochujang
1/4 cup agave nectar
1 tsp coconut aminos
1 tbsp rice vinegar
Skewers
30 brussel sprouts
4 bratwurst sausages
Instructions
Make the crema by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
Make the gochujang agave by mixing the ingredients in a bowl. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
Cut the brussel sprouts in half from the core end, removing any leaves that may fall off. Cut sausages into 1-2 inch bites. Add sprouts and sausage to skewers alternating between the two ingredients.
Grill on high heat on all sides to char and cook through.
Serve with rice if you'd like and top with the sauces.
