This was just ok. It's super quick, though, and easy way to pack a lot of veggies in your meal.

Changes: replaced onion with fennel; replaced cream with vegan half and half; skipped cheese; added more wasabi
Ingredients
1 tsp EVO
1 fennel bulb, chopped
1/3 #cauliflower, cut into florets
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 large head of #broccoli, cut into florets
4 cups of water or veggie broth
2 tbsp wasabi
1 cup vegan half and half
Salt, to taste
Chili flakes, for garnish
Instructions
Toss chopped fennel and cauliflower in olive oil, over medium flame. Add broccoli and garlic after a minute and toss again. Let it cook for two minutes and add water to it.
When the veggies come to a boil, add in Wasabi, vegan half and half, and salt into the pan. Stir properly, so that all the ingredients are mixed well. Pour this mixture into the blender and blend it well.
Pour it back in the pan and heat it up as per your liking and garnish with chilli flake. Enjoy!
