It might surprise you that, even in quarantine, my husband and I are not capable of eating 8 pieces of avocado hummus & strawberry toast, so I have quite a bit of extra avocado hummus on hand. Might as well stretch its use.
Serves: 1 wrap | Time: ~10 min
Ingredients
Avocado hummus, to taste
1 medium carrot, peeled and then ribboned
1/2 cup of #broccoli, cut into florets
1/4 cup shredded #lettuce
2 tbsp red onion, chopped
Red pepper flakes, to taste
1 low carb wrap
Instructions
Slather the wrap with as much hummus as we want. Pile on the rest of the ingredients. Wrap it up and enjoy!
