Based off of the Avocado, Tomato, and Banana Salad I made this past summer. It's not very Thanksgiving-y, but who cares?

Serves: 4 pieces of toast| Time: ~15 min
Ingredients
4 pieces of bread of choice
1 ripe #avocado, peeled and pitted
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp sriracha
1 #banana, sliced
1 cup of cherry #tomatoes, diced
1-2 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
1 tbsp agave syrup
Instructions
Throw your bread in the toaster and make the toppings.
Mash the avocado in a small bowl and then mix in the lime juice and sriracha. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients.
Spread the avocado mixture on the pieces of toast, and then add the banana-tomato topping. Enjoy!
